Amy Carpentieri

Amy Carpentieri is the National Healthcare Manager for the Industry Digitization Team for the US Commercial Market Segment. In this role Amy is responsible for a customer centric approach to solutions that deliver outcomes and results. Amy is a tenured technology professional with over 24 years of strategic commitment and a passion for client success.

Amy has been with Cisco for 12 years, most recently as a Digital Solutions Manager, for America’s Commercial. In that function Amy and the group ensured readiness, accountability along with the creation of a sustainable process.

Her achievements at Cisco are based on the cultivated relationships that earned her role as a challenger and trusted advisor with executive stakeholders in healthcare and the partner community. She is creatively inspired to invest in the needs of the business, in turn differentiating the brand and exceeding value.

Prior to joining Cisco, Amy owned sales management and direct sales responsibilities with Inter-Tel Technologies (now Mitel). In her twelve-year career at Inter-Tel Amy delivered solutions to organizations with cost benefit analysis and increased business efficiencies. The modules she supported spanned across all verticals with a focus on major account engagement.

Amy graduated with Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida, and is trained in Lean Six Sigma from Florida Atlantic University.
